Thermal Belt Outreach concentrates on assisting people in emergency and crisis situations.

All clients are prescreened and must meet eligibility requirements. Each person assisted is expected to pay a small portion of the bill for which they are seeking help. No funds are given directly to clients. Services are provided through payments to vendors or from our Food Pantry or Medical Assistance Program.
